Bridges to Safety is an intimate partner domestic abuse service center located in St. Paul, Minnesota. We currently assist in filing Orders for Protection and Harassment Restraining Orders for victim/survivors of intimate partner violence from Ramsey County.

Our center is operated by a collection of advocacy programs, community organizations, and governmental agencies who have joined together to provide safety and promote justice for domestic violence victim/survivors and their children.


Bridges to Safety is open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Beginning January 1, 2022, Bridges to Safety will be open three days a week for appointments- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

We are located inside the Ramsey County Courthouse.

The St. Paul & Ramsey County Domestic Abuse Intervention Project (SPIP)

will continue to be available to victims of domestic abuse 24-hours a day,

seven days a week.
