Minnesota. We provide a range of services for victim/survivors of
domestic violence from Ramsey County.
Our center is operated by a collection of advocacy programs, community
organizations, and governmental agencies who have joined together to
provide safety and promote justice for domestic violence victims and

would like to meet with an advocate for direct services, or to get help
filing an order, you can visit our center in the St. Paul and Ramsey
County Courthouse or call us at (651)-266-9901. Our walk-in hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Bridges to Safety will be closed Monday, September 2nd for Labor day.
If you'd like further assistance, or need help after hours or on
holidays, please call the St. Paul Intervention Project, available 24
hours a day, at (651)-645-2824.
note that writing and filing a protective order can take up to a few
hours. If you plan on meeting with an advocate to get help filing an
order, we recommend you arrive at Bridges to Safety when we open at
8:00am, or as early as possible. Give yourself at least two hours,
possibly more, for this process. Feel free to call us ahead of time to
determine the wait time for filing an order.
If you want to file an order without the help of an advocate, or are
filing a protective order that is unrelated to domestic violence, you
can go directly to the Domestic Abuse and Harassment Office located in
